YOUTH GROUP - Middle School and High School
Ballard First Lutheran is a member of a cooperative youth ministry organization known as PROJECT PHOENIX.
This ministry offers activities and engagement for middle and high school students from a number of ELCA Lutheran churches in the north Seattle area. Currently, monthly activities (normally held on Sunday afternoons) are offered for youth, and friends of Ballard First Lutheran in cooperation with youth from Queen Anne Lutheran and St. John United Lutheran churches. Seasonal activities have included pumpkin carving, game nights, ice skating, service projects, pie baking, troll painting and coffee gatherings.
